How to Make a Double Crochet Stitch
Updated: Mar 30
The double crochet stitch is one of my go-to stitches for everyday patterns. It's a great stitch for all sorts of patterns. I use it the most in crochet blankets and scarves. It is twice (double) the size of a single crochet stitch, and just barely taller than a half double crochet stitch
In this post you will find written instructions for the double crochet stitch, a step-by-step photo tutorial, and video tutorial.
The double crochet stitch is abbreviated as 'dc.'
